Duties of the covid safety team of Hiep Quang Trading Company Limited:
Every day perform the following tasks:
-Propagate, remind, inspect and supervise workers' implementation of measures to prevent and control the Covid-19 epidemic according to regulations.
- Carry out health monitoring at the beginning and during working hours of workers.
- Monitor, detect and immediately report to the company's Board of Directors when detecting cases of workers suspected of being infected, discovered at the beginning of working hours or during production such as: fever, cough, pain throat, flu syndrome, respiratory symptoms to organize isolation.
- Support authorities to trace F1, F2 and epidemic prevention and control activities in case the Company has a Covid-19 case
- Perform other appropriate epidemic prevention tasks assigned by the Company's Board of Directors
